Filter-first, flavor-forward.

Dialed is a filter-first coffee stand. Coffee has a reputation — dark, bitter, one-note. Brewed gently, it has another side: bright fruit, soft florals, natural sweetness, a clean tea-like clarity. That's the side we pour.

There's espresso on the bar too, for the classic cup. But the slow pour is the heart of the stand — it's where coffee gets to show its range.
